Engage in a Missional Community

At Journey, we define a missional community as, “A family of missionary servants sent by Jesus to be disciples who make disciples.”

Our mission is to help people be disciples who make disciples. We define a disciple as “one who is surrendering all of life to Jesus and leading others into relationship.” The primary way that we accomplish our mission is through Missional Communities, or MC’s for short. A healthy MC seeks balance in three distinct rhythms: UP, IN, and OUT. Practically, this means a community of people seeking to worship Jesus together in all of life and disciple one another. They also come together around an identifiable mission where they seek to be the good news of the gospel in the context of a specific network or neighborhood.

You can see a listing of our Missional Communities below. If you see an MC you are interested in partnering with you can contact the leader directly. If you need help deciding which MC would be the best fit for you, or perhaps you’re interested in starting an MC, contact us at Please let us know if you have any questions or if we can help you get connected in any way and we will be happy to guide you in the right direction.
